Extended Day Options
Make it a full day of fun with these Extended Day options!
Before Bears
Beat the rush and carpool traffic! Early Bear campers will enjoy some time with friends before the camp day begins. They can even bring along their breakfast to make your morning easier.
- Time: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
- Price: $50 (Week 3 price is $40 due to the shorter week.)
Between Bears
Make it a full day of fun! Campers spending the whole day at UA can enjoy their brown bag lunch and have fun with friends between sessions. There is no cost, but your registration ensures we will have space available.
After Bears
After Bear campers will enjoy a snack and time with friends as the camp day winds down, giving you less pick-up time stress!
- Time: 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
- Price: $75 (Week 3 price is $60 due to the shorter week.)
Refund Policy
Self-cancellations made before the first day of a program follow this schedule:
- 7+ days prior: Full refund minus a nonrefundable registration fee (approximately 95% of total cost)
- 5-6 days prior: 75% refund
- 3-4 days prior: 50% refund
- 1-2 days before: 15% refund
No refunds will be made for a withdrawal on or after the program’s first day. If a school-wide disruption occurs beyond our control, programs will be rescheduled, or pro-rated refunds will be provided. If a camp does not meet its minimum enrollment (typically six campers), you will be notified and may choose a full refund or credit toward another camp.
FAQ
What is the Attendance Policy for Summer Camp?
Attendance is monitored and highly encouraged, but not required. Students check in and out daily with the UA+ Office if they are in Grades 3-8, or with their Coach or Instructor if they are in Grades 9-12.
