Summer Camp Guide: Grades 3-8

Summer Camp Guide: Grades 9-12

Types of Camps

For all kids entering grades 3-8. Explore new interests, experiences, and skills all summer long! Campers will make new friends and have fun, enjoying engaging, unique programs in a nurturing environment! Half-day, full-day, and extended-day options are available.

Adventure Camps

For girls entering grades 5-12. Try a new sport or master fundamentals through targeted instruction, drills, and games. Have fun while building the skills to be a more consistent and effective athlete. Presented by UA's professional coaching staff.

Athletic Camps

For musicians entering grades 9-12 at TPSMEA-affiliated schools. These camps introduce the TPSMEA 2025-2026 All-State literature. Work with accomplished clinicians in Ursuline’s beautiful Performing Arts facilities. TPSMEA member teachers may attend for free.

Camp Counselors

Do you love kids and Summer Camp? As an Adventure Camp Counselor, you can earn service hours as you support our 3rd-8th grade summer campers. The ideal Adventure Camp Counselor is an Ursuline student who is a willing, hands-on helper, a positive role model, and a good representative of Ursuline Academy. Applicants must be approved by the offices of the Dean of Students and Dean of Academics. Before serving, you must successfully complete an online training module and safety assessment.

  • AM Counselors work 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.*
  • PM Counselors work 12:00 - 4:30 p.m.*
  • UA Students Only, Grades 10-12

*Week 8 days run 8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Registration will open February 1, 2026.

2026 Camp Dates and Times

Refund Policy

Self-cancellations made before the first day of a program follow this schedule:

  • 7+ days prior: Full refund minus a nonrefundable registration fee (approximately 95% of total cost)
  • 5-6 days prior: 75% refund
  • 3-4 days prior: 50% refund
  • 1-2 days before: 15% refund

No refunds will be made for a withdrawal on or after the program’s first day. If a school-wide disruption occurs beyond our control, programs will be rescheduled, or pro-rated refunds will be provided. If a camp does not meet its minimum enrollment (typically six campers), you will be notified and may choose a full refund or credit toward another camp.
