The Ursuline Professional Women's Network invites you to a networking event featuring guest speaker, Vice President of Emotional Communication, LLC Sheryl Chacko. The topic? Connecting Amidst COVID.
Relationships within teams are integral to successful organizations, and many organizations suffered the loss of relationships during the pandemic, resulting in ineffective communication and lost productivity. It’s time to rebuild and restore these relationships! Sheryl Chacko will discuss why we need to reconnect with our colleagues and provide strategies for how to re-establish the genuine human connections that keep a workplace thriving.
We will also discuss how to effectively cope with job loss and unemployment because of the pandemic. In these unprecedented times, join us to learn more about how the needs of employers and employees have changed during the pandemic and how we need to adjust our behaviors accordingly.

About Sheryl Chacko
Sheryl Chacko is an accomplished technology and change leadership expert with a proven ability
to develop and implement successful transformational programs that support business and financial objectives. Sheryl comes to Emotional Communication most recently from Southwest Airlines where she served as Technology Senior Manager, and Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Technology. Sheryl spent more than 15 years as a management consultant serving several Fortune 500 companies in diverse industries such as travel, healthcare, energy and financial services.
Sheryl’s passion for leadership coaching began in 2000 when she graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and joined the Accenture change management practice. In helping organizations undergo mergers and acquisitions and large-scale technology implementations, Sheryl recognized that the greatest organizational leaders had a secret weapon: emotional intelligence and the gift of knowing how to communicate. She started cultivating these skill sets in herself and the teams she built, and it has been key to her own success.
