"If my contribution...could make even one Ursuline girl's experience a positive one, then I think I learned the true meaning behind Serviam."

In my house I was told every single day that I could do anything that I set my mind to. What's funny though is that every day at Ursuline I was told the same thing. To this day, I completely believe that this is true. There is absolutely nothing that an Ursuline girl can't do if she sets her mind to it - from having a successful career, to being a great wife and mother, to changing the community she lives in for the better - there's nothing we can't do

Ursuline gave me more than I could ever describe in words. Honestly why wouldn't I give back? For me it is not a right or a responsibility, but a true privilege. If my contribution back to the school could even make one Ursuline girl's experience a positive one, then I think I learned the true meaning behind Serviam.

I think Ursuline prepares young women for it all – to go on to achieve great educational and career accomplishments, to have a sense of the community around her and how she should serve others in it, to stand up for what she believes is just and right, to be a loving wife, mother, sister and friend, and most importantly to put God at the center of everything you do.
