At Ursuline, student well-being is not confined to a single office or program. It is woven throughout the student experience. From academics and faith formation to counseling and community, every aspect of school life is designed to help young women thrive.

Counseling and Advisory Support

Students are supported by a dedicated Student Counselor throughout all four years, creating trusted relationships that grow alongside them. Through the Advisory program, students build meaningful connections with peers and adults while developing the skills and confidence needed to navigate high school and beyond.

College Support

As they prepare for life after high school, students work closely with dedicated College Counselors who guide them through the college search and application process.

A School Day Designed for Well-Being

Support extends beyond relationships. Ursuline intentionally structures the school day and student experience with well-being in mind. An 8:40 a.m. start time, built-in tutorial period, opportunities for free periods, strategic no-homework days, and thoughtfully designed schedules help students balance academic challenge with personal wellness.

A statue of JesusFaith, Purpose and Belonging

Faith formation is an essential part of student well-being at Ursuline. Through theology classes, retreats, prayer experiences, liturgies, and opportunities for reflection, students develop a deeper sense of purpose and belonging.

A Community of Support

At Ursuline, students are known, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The result is a community where young women grow in confidence, resilience, and the ability to flourish both in high school and beyond.
