Quispicanchi Mission Trip & Peru Mini Delegation
Ursuline Academy is excited to introduce a new international service and cultural immersion opportunity for students: the Quispicanchi Mission Trip & Peru Mini Delegation, taking place March 13-25, 2027.
Open to juniors and seniors, this experience combines hands-on service, faith formation, and cultural exchange in partnership with the Quispicanchi Project in southern Peru and Colegio Santa Ursula in Lima.
During the first eight days of the trip, students will work alongside the Quispicanchi Project, which serves rural communities in southern Peru. Participants will assist in local schools, support educational initiatives for young girls, and build meaningful relationships with community members while learning about the challenges many rural families face. Through this immersive experience, students will deepen their understanding of social justice, service, and global citizenship while living out Ursuline's call to Serviam.
The final five days of the trip will take place in Lima, where students will participate in a cultural exchange with students from Colegio Santa Ursula, one of our Ursuline sister schools. This portion of the experience will provide opportunities to strengthen connections within the global Ursuline community, explore Peruvian culture, and build lasting friendships. Students will also have the opportunity to visit significant historical and cultural sites, including Machu Picchu.
