The following carpool rules are for everyone's safety and must be followed. 

• The carpool line is one way around the school. 
• The carpool line is a single line in the left lane.
• The right lane is for thru traffic only.
  • While you are waiting for your student to come out of the building, you must wait in line on the left side of the white striping around campus; the right side is for passing only.

Please leave the right lane open for those leaving campus.

• Drop off and pick up is to the left of the median at the Breezeway entrance connecting FFC North and FFC South or the roundabout between Neuhoff and FFC South.
• The right of the median is for thru traffic only, not parking or pick-up.
• Do not park across from the entrance to wait for your student(s). You will need to move forward as the line progresses for carpool. 
• Stay in line. 

The Walnut Hill Exit Gate has two lanes. After drop off and pick up, form two lines to exit the campus. 

• Left lane turns left onto Walnut Hill. 
• Right lane turns right onto Walnut Hill.
• You may exit Inwood going south.
• Please follow the Traffic Officer's directions.
• Do not block streets in our vicinity, as it is hard on our neighbors. 

Other reminders:

• Please do not drop off or pick up at any of the front circles. 
  • A student will receive an infraction if she is picked up or dropped off in an unauthorized area (e.g. Neuhoff).
• Avoid cellphone use while in the carpool line.
  • Unless you are letting your student(s) know that you are near the pick-up point and to be ready!
• Be courteous to allow for merging traffic and parkers to exit.
• Be mindful of students walking across the parking lot.
• Watch for student drivers as they back out of parking spaces.
• If you wish to wait out the carpool line, please note that students do not need to be picked up immediately at 3:40 p.m.
  • Encourage your daughter to get some homework done, meet with teachers, etc.!
• **Please remember that some students are new drivers.
  • Be patient and allow them time to pull out of their spots and merge into the exit traffic lane.

Finally, please do not block any of the driveways on Walnut Hill or on campus and be mindful of our speed limit on campus (15 mph!).
