We made every attempt to place you in all your first-choice classes. If we were not able to place you in a first-choice class, we placed you in an alternate class you requested either during course requests or in communication with the school. The deadline for any schedule change is Friday, August 28.

Teacher Change

We do not make teacher changes.

Year-Long Classes

Students may not drop a year-long class at any point during the academic school year after the add/drop deadline, Friday, August 28.  

Elective Changes

After classes begin on Thursday, August 20, if a student needs to change an elective, there must be availability in the proposed course, the student needs to be aware such a change breaks their schedule, and the student risks getting different teachers. Students need to initiate a schedule change with their student counselor. Juniors and Seniors must also take the additional step to meet with their college counselor.  After the student has met with their counselor(s) they need to email the registrar, Ms. Martel, that they have talked to their counselor(s) and cc their parents, counselor(s), and advisors. Once the registrar receives the email, she will determine if the schedule change is possible. 

Final Step

The student's parent/guardian must email approval to the registrar.  The deadline for any schedule change is Friday, August 28.  

Online Classes

Online classes with One Schoolhouse begin Monday, September 14. 

The last day to drop an online class for a full refund is Monday, August 31, at 4:00 p.m. CST. After this deadline, if a student drops a One Schoolhouse class, tuition accounts will be charged 50% of $1990 for full year courses and 50% of $1200 for fall semester classes.

The last day to drop an online class for a 50% refund is Friday, September 25, at 4:00 p.m. CST. After this deadline, tuition accounts will be charged the full $1990 for full year courses and $1200 for fall semester classes.
