Dr. Ben Andrews joins Ursuline Academy as Head Rowing Coach, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the rowing community as an athlete, coach, and sports rehabilitation specialist.

His extensive background in competitive rowing, athlete development, and injury prevention positions him to lead the program while continuing its tradition of excellence.

A former scholastic national champion and Fairfield University Hall of Fame rower, Ben has coached at some of the country's most respected rowing programs, most recently at Southern Methodist University, where he served as an assistant coach for the NCAA Division I program. Throughout his coaching career, he has helped develop athletes who have competed successfully on both the national and international stages.

In addition to his coaching experience, Ben is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a specialization in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. His expertise provides a comprehensive approach to helping athletes train with purpose, stay healthy, and enjoy the process of getting a little better every day.

Ben is passionate about creating an environment where hard work is expected, curiosity is encouraged, and every athlete knows she belongs.

We are excited to welcome Ben to Ursuline Rowing and look forward to the continued growth and success of the program under his leadership.
