Ali L. '30 engaged in a two week intensive Summer Debate Program with Harvard Debate Council held at Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ali completed the Public Forum Debate track with students from all over the world. She attended coaching sessions on public speaking, research and writing 10-12 hours the first week. The second week consisted of partner tournaments and lectures from experts in various topics. The debate tournament case focused on the subject of AI Data Centers being built across the country and how they are positively and negatively impacting local community resources as the United States continues to be competitive in the digital world. Ali completed the program with Highest Honors.
