Ursuline Academy is proud to recognize Dr. Claudine Saade for achieving a significant professional development milestone this fall. From October 2 through November 12, Dr. Saade participated in an intensive program through the Harvard Graduate School of Education, dedicating more than 20 hours to advancing her leadership expertise.

The program, Leading Teacher Teams: Promoting Growth through Effective Collaboration, offered in-depth training on fostering collaboration, supporting teacher development, and guiding positive change within educational teams. Through interactive modules, case studies, and reflective exercises, Dr. Saade explored practical strategies that directly apply to real-world school settings.

Upon completing the program, she earned a certificate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an achievement that underscores her commitment to continuous learning, instructional excellence, and the success of her students and colleagues.
