Need some peace - the kind that invites settledness and joy even in the midst of pressures, chaos and even college entrance exams? It's available. And comes in the simple form of practicing thankfulness, kindness, and mercy. Which Kay Wyma did with some friends, called it a Soul-30 the wrote a book about it called "The Peace Project." Because, through these life-infusing practices, we're pretty much guaranteed to experience a gentle soul-shift from discord toward peace alongside a heightened awareness of and appreciation for the dignity and worth of every human being, including the one in the mirror.
