Ursuline Academy of Dallas Athletics is excited to announce Rachel Voorhees as the new Head Cross Country Coach.

Coach Voorhees has been a valued member of the Ursuline coaching staff since 2021, serving as an assistant coach with the cross-country program for five seasons and assisting with track in 2024. She steps into the head coaching role following a period of notable success for the program, including state runner-up finishes in 2025 and state championships in 2023 and 2024. She looks forward to continuing that momentum while fostering both team excellence and individual growth.

Rachel is deeply committed to helping student-athletes develop not only as competitors, but also as people, with an emphasis on building a lifelong love of running.

A former Division I student-athlete, Rachel competed in cross country and track at Yale University as a four-year member of the teams. She graduated in 2017 with a degree in economics.
