Ursuline Names New Athletic Director for 2021-2022

Dear Ursuline Community,

I want to take a moment to let you know that we will soon be saying goodbye to Director of Athletics Susan Noonan. We are very grateful for her accomplished leadership in Athletics during her service with Ursuline. It has been a joy and an honor to work with Susan and we wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.

We are happy to welcome Stefanie Hill to the Director of Athletics position beginning with the 2021-2022 school year. Growing up in Roseau, Minnesota, Stefanie was a three-sport athlete who played Volleyball, Basketball, and ran Track & Field. She went on to play collegiate basketball at the University of Winnipeg in Canada, where she competed in two National tournaments.

Stefanie has spent the last decade working in Independent School Athletic Administration in San Diego, California. She is an experienced Athletic Director whose passion, commitment, and dedication to high school athletics has been at the forefront of her career from the very beginning.

In San Diego, Stefanie built a reputation as one of the top Athletic Administrators, was elected to CIF Coordinating Council for CIF San Diego, and has served on numerous committees. Her consistent, collaborative leadership style has helped her build a strong community of coaches and athletic administrators around her.

Her approach to high school athletics is anchored in the belief that sports is an extension of the classroom where students learn valuable lessons to flourish with in life. Stefanie is dedicated to providing students with the highest level of support in their growth as student-athletes and, most importantly, as people of character.

Stefanie looks forward to joining us next school year and is excited to work closely with Ursuline coaches to continue to build an exceptional athletic program for student-athletes centered on character development, leadership, and community.

Welcome to Ursuline, Stefanie!
