Podcasting Bootcamp
Want to learn how to make a podcast or improve your podcasting skills? Learn how to create your own podcast or take your fledgling podcast to the next level in this interactive workshop. No matter your level, come and learn with an expert in this one-day deep dive. Instructor Dr. Caitlin Rathe has worked as a producer and researcher on long-form narrative podcasts for four years and is also the Executive Producer of Her Voice at the Table, a pod about student (and teacher) well-being in the humanities classroom. Registration closes September 20.
Personal computer required. Suggested software: Audacity (audio editing software, free), Otter.ai (transcription software, free basic version for individual use), Music (individual out of pocket expense).
Select either the Intro level in the morning or Level 2 in the afternoon and join us for a light lunch and conversation in between!

Cooking with Chad: Charcuterie Board Creations
Come along on a culinary adventure! Join Chef Chad Nielsen for a delicious workshop that will enhance your Autumn entertaining! Learn as you make a board to enjoy right away, and then apply these professional techniques at home for friends and family. Please bring your own board or plate, or a take-away board can be provided. Conversational German Workshop
Join World Language Department Chair Roxana Casco for this lively workshop series to learn, practice, and build your skills! Whether you are preparing for travel, connecting with your heritage, or seeking opportunities to practice speaking and listening, you'll find a supportive community here. Mrs. Casco is a native Spanish speaker and polyglot who earned her degree at Universitat Heidelberg. Registration closes October 3.

Create an Autumn Table Arrangement
Create a cozy mood and craft the perfect autumn table arrangement with seasonal dried materials (and some fresh that will dry well). Join Sarah Kennedy for a workshop where you will learn new skills and take home an arrangement that will last throughout the season. Design in a rustic wooden container fit for the season that can be reused over and over! All supplies and light snacks will be provided. Registration closes November 6.
