We’re always excited to hear what Ursuline students are up to!
Here are some accomplishments shared by our students.
Tess Hayes '21 was recently awarded her Girl Scout Gold Award. Tess’s Gold Award project was created to provide activities and materials for both students and teachers that concentrate on brain basics and self-regulation to support social-emotional learning. She and volunteers worked to construct calm down bags to serve about 300 students in each of the early childhood classes in pre-k thru second grade at St. Monica.
Olivia Isbell '24 was awarded her Gold Scout Silver Award. Her and her partner built and installed a buddy bench for the preschoolers attending St. Monica Catholic School. The Silver Award is the highest honor a Girl Scout Cadette can achieve, dedicated to improving their community.
