In addition to prayers from the Peer Ministers, students also received a KitKat treat, reviewed teachings form the Ursuline founders posted around campus, and SAGE prepared lunch offerings with an Italian flare.

Friday, January 29: Ursuline Community Appreciation. A fun day was had by all with prayers from Peer Ministers, food trucks at lunch, music during passing periods, raffle drawings, a dress down day, and more!

Comments from Student Council:

“I am so grateful for my experience in planning my grade level activities, for it has given me the opportunity to grow closer with each one of my classmates and form strong bonds. In coming up with ideas to support our community, we act as leaders, utilizing our Catholic education to create a kind and collaborative environment for all to engage in.”

-Chloe Flabiano, Class of 2022 Student Council Leadership Team

“While CSW had to be different than in past years, it was such a pleasure getting to come up with adaptations that would make this week fun for everyone -- and organizing the hundreds of Kit Kats!”

-Claire Cardenas, Class of 2023 Student Council Leadership Team

"I always look forward to seeing my grade's reactions whenever I plan activities for them. Planning these activities is always a fun and exciting thing for me to do."

-Nneka Ossai, Class of 2024 Student Council Leadership Team

“Freshman Student Council enjoyed working on our Catholic Schools Week activities with our advisors and class peers. We really appreciate going to a Catholic school and being able to participate in fun activities during Catholic School Week and learn more about our faith.”
