Ursuline alumnae are making an impact as accomplished professionals and as Serviam women, bringing strength and leadership to their families and communities, sharing time, talent and resources to help neighbors in need, embracing opportunity and challenge at home and around the world.

To follow are highlights of recent professional, volunteer, and personal accomplishments submitted by Ursuline alumnae.

Natalie LeVeck '03 received the the Association of Media and Entertainment Council's 2024 Counsel of the Year Award for Technology and New Media Counsel. Read more.

Josephine Davis '20 will be graduating from Texas Tech University in May with a degree in Public Relations and General Business Administration. After graduation, she will be working as a missionary with FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students). 

In her role with FOCUS, she will be living on another college campus for two years, inviting people into a joyful life with Christ and walking with them as they grow in faith. She will lead Bible studies, host retreats, and walk alongside women as they navigate college and have to make difficult choices about who they are and their relationship with Christ!

Tess Hayes '21 has written, produced, and hosted The Stories of Our Sisters: A Living History podcast.

This podcast is a series of one-on-one interviews with members of the Congregation of The Sisters of The Holy Cross who live on the Saint Mary's College campus.

Join Tess in listening to the Sisters share not only their life stories and experiences of the Sisters of the Holy Cross, but also the story of Saint Mary’s. The podcast can be found on Spotify and Apple.

Ursuline welcomes Christina Miller ’95 as Senior Director of Development.

Christina has fundraised at multiple institutions including St. Thomas Episcopal School in Houston, Texas; Rice University in Houston, Texas; KIPP Public Schools in Houston, Texas; and Vail Valley Foundation in Vail, Colorado. Prior to fundraising, Christina taught school at the elementary level. Most recently, she was at Southern Methodist University on the Major Gifts team working with parents and alumni on the West Coast.

Her hobbies include snow skiing, hiking, the outdoors, volunteering at Equest, jewelry making, and cooking.

Karla Navarro Noone '99, Founder of Style with Karla, was a guest on Good Morning Texas on January 23. She discussed, "Unexpected Layers: stylish and innovative accessories that go beyond your conventional gloves, hats, and scarves to keep you warm and keep you looking sleek and sophisticated."

Clara Ogden ‘09 and her husband welcomed U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa’s first baby of the new year! A healthy baby boy, Louise Eugene.

Miller Kerr ’21 was featured in Cleveland Clinic’s, “CRPS Patient from Texas Returns to Pediatric Pain Rehab Program with Her Gratitude.” Read more.
