“After having graduated from Ursuline in 2011, I realized how important Serviam is to me. I attended a Holy Cross University, whose mission was to bring hope and healing to those we serve," she said. "During my time at St. Edward's, I continued to find ways to serve in the community and to this day, Serviam remains at the core of my day to day life. Ursuline remains an integral part of my life as I raise my daughters in the same community, rich with faith and tradition.”

Dee Wallander Rindt '08, Development, Reunion Giving

Dee is the Development Officer of Stewardship and Planned Giving at the George W. Bush Presidential Center where she leads the young professionals group, the 43 Club; manages development correspondence; leads the direct mail and planned giving programs; and helps the development team in any way possible as they advance the timeless values of freedom, opportunity, accountability, and compassion.

In her free time, you will find her soaking up precious time with her husband, Matthew, their toddler daughter, Scottie, and their Goldendoodle, Ralph. These three, along with her close family and friends, bring her the most joy. In addition, she enjoys baking, planning, crafting, traveling, trying new restaurants, and playing mahjong. She is grateful to serve on the Alumnae Board and does so because after she moved back from college and grad school, she wanted to get plugged back into Ursuline and help to ensure the future of Ursuline is as wonderful as it was for her. Now that she has a daughter of her own, she is already dreaming (and getting misty-eyed) about her walking the halls of Ursuline (UA Class of 2040!) and the wonderful memories to come!

Elizabeth Nipper '15, Engagement

Elizabeth is a CPA, and currently works as a Senior Internal Auditor at The Container Store. While she credits Ursuline with giving her the tools required to succeed in her educational and professional careers, she believes the most important takeaway from her time at Ursuline was Serviam, and the importance of using our gifts to serve others. Elizabeth is looking forward to engaging with alumnae and giving back to the Ursuline community.

Emily Sims '15, Young Alumnae

Emily works for Southwest Airlines, and has always remained in close connection with Ursuline. Having held leadership roles at Ursuline and in college, she will provide the necessary support to this role.
