Director of Advancement
Ursuline Academy has started its search for a Director of Advancement to officially begin July 1, 2017, with the potential for transitioning full-time as early as January 2017. Reporting to the President, the Director of Advancement develops, implements, and supervises appropriate fundraising strategies to meet the financial goals of the Academy consistent with the strategic plan. Along with the President, s/he is responsible for strengthening a positive public perception of Ursuline in the community, communicating the mission and objectives of the school, and obtaining the human and financial support necessary to ensure a strong and vibrant future. The Director of Advancement also serves as a member of the Campus Administrative Team, which is responsible for development and implementation of policy and procedures campus-wide.

Candidate should have a successful teaching experience and a bachelor’s degree, with Master degree preferred.
The ideal candidate is a native speaker possessing knowledge in the following areas: 21st century skills and ACTFL standards.
