In 2016, Ursuline engaged its entire community to think about the world our students will inherit — one which will offer careers, innovations, and technologies yet to be created. Focus groups and surveys yielded a broad array of topics and trends for discussion, each with a direct or indirect impact on the young women we teach and guide and care for. A full year’s planning included data collection, data analysis, focus group discussions, and crowdsourcing of priorities. From this vast amount of constituent input and educational research, Academy and Board leadership developed the following new strategic roadmap to direct Ursuline’s future.
