| Student Life The essence of the Ursuline mission is the total development of the individual student through experiences that enrich mind, body and spirit. The goal is a balance of academics and values, spiritual formation and physical pursuits, personal fulfillment and fun! Ursuline Academy offers more than 40 student organizations and clubs. There's an activity for just about every interest, and lots of opportunities to make new friends. Many involvements offer avenues for leadership training. Others promote social interaction and service to others. Internship programs are available to link students with professionals in areas of career interest. Here you can also learn more about the many cherished Ursuline traditions. Annual retreats help students grow together as a class while nurturing spiritual development. Community building among new students begins early in the year with bonding events for freshman classmates. During Intramurals week, the entire student body participates in class skits, competitive sports and hall decorating contests, all to promote school spirit. Juniors receive their class rings at a formal ring ceremony. Senior year is filled with memory-making events, closing with a beautiful and moving graduation ceremony.
